I selected this hotel for a team retreat and was impressed by the family-owned business feel it offered, creating a unique and positive environment for work. The facilities were top-notch, from the cozy pool to the well-equipped gym, all contributing to a pleasant and productive stay.

The one service I missed for work was a dedicated business center for handling urgent tasks efficiently.

Big size and fairly clean hotel, location was marvellous and stunning near to restaurants and the interstate, the other nature of the facility and the main casino. Our room was contemporary with a marble bathroom and a marvellous breakfast.

Coffee bar, reasonably large room with up to date furnishings as well as a jacuzzi tub. Great and lovely location, 1 mile from city center.

The room was well-appointed and I liked the stay for a night away for my birthday. Good and perfect location, it was close to the IP Casino Resort Spa in Biloxi, Mississippi, the Beau Rivage casino, and the back bay. I ate at the casual restaurant near the hotel.

There were not comfortable beds.

The hotel is wonderful and big size with best staff members. Brand-new room, marble-lined bathroom and friendly service. Very clean pool area, reasonably good breakfast with salad, deserts, soup.

The staff was wonderfully friendly and really friendly and were happy to help.

During my business trip at Ip Casino Resort & Spa in Biloxi, I indulged in their full-body massage based on traditional Swedish techniques. The long, relaxing strokes completely soothed my muscles and increased blood flow, leaving me feeling rejuvenated. The Original “La Stone” Treatment, which blended skilled technique, basalt stone massage, and signature oils, was truly a unique and delightful experience. Additionally, the incorporation of Swedish and deep tissue techniques in their treatments, along with the relaxing senses massage for couples, provided a perfect balance of relaxation. The warm and cool stones, along with light to deep massage and enhanced energy work, made my massage experience exceptional. I particularly enjoyed the sugar scrub application and warm towels on my back at the beginning of the massage, adding a luxurious touch to the experience.

Wonderful and lovely staff and the place was fairly clean. Updated room with a good view and 2 queen beds, for example and marvellous and awesome breakfast to start the day.

Property was incredibly beautiful and exceptionally comfortable, I thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

The rooms were reasonably large with refrigerator, iron and a good view of the Gulf as described.

Loved the LED Light Therapy treatment, felt like a disco queen. The pool was divine, I almost forgot I was at a casino. The facial for pregnant women was heaven, my skin was glowing like never before!

The cherry angioma remover worked so well, now I have nothing fun to pop on my face.

It was an elegant building, the rooms were tastefully decorated and updated with a great view.

Clean hotel with perfectly fine staff from maids. Favourable, magnificent location in the new area. Walking distance to a market and different stores across the street. Functional, contemporary room with absolutely fabulous views over the bay.

What a mind-blowing experience! The hotel was simply stunning, with jaw-dropping production value. From the beautiful pool on the top floor to the super friendly staff, everything exceeded our expectations. The upgraded room, accessed by inserting our room key into the elevator, was a nice touch. The hotel was amazingly quiet, allowing for a peaceful stay. We were blown away by the fast elevator ride, and although it felt like 1,000 mph, it added to the overall excitement. The staff was courteous and friendly, and the air conditioning in our room kept us cool and comfortable. The pool was a great place to relax, with hard-working and friendly wait staff. We wished we could have stayed longer and enjoyed all the amenities like the free Wi-Fi, valet parking, 24-hour reception, 24-hour security, bar/lounge area. We can't wait to come back for another incredible experience!

Well-appointed room, had a very nice stay on vacation. Location short walk to casino and entrance, Tien restaurant, and the many bars and restaurants with great food.
